The Candee Dish

Good morning!  I am up bright and early because my sweet daughter texted me she was "on plane" at 5:45 am.  I will never get mad at my family for that text as it's our thing.  I started it years ago and now it's what we do.  I already had my Faves picked out, so here we go! 1) My current favorite nail color (for my toes) is Essie's Ballet Slippers. It's been on repeat for the last couple of months. My friend Kim says I can wear it because my feet are tan and she would look like a ghost. I'm not sure about that, but she does look really good in dark blues and teals. 2) Ugh. This one is love/hate for me. I have finally jumped on the L'ange bandwagon, and I hate that!  But, I have been using a couple of their products and I am really loving them.  If you know me, you know I have had some issues with my hair over the past year.  It's not quite back where it used to be, but it's getting so much better.  This Whip Volumizing Mousse is awes...

Here are my Faves for this rainy, soggy Wednesday: 1) I found this new lip stuff after I got back from Cabo.  I have been using the same chapstick for years, in fact, I think I own stock in the company!  But, it stopped working for me, my lips almost felt more chapped.  I found this Neutrogena Overnight Lip Therapy on Amazon.  The reviews were great so I gave it a try.  It worked!  In just one day my lips felt so much more hydrated. 2) This guy, Gerald Knight.  He passed away suddenly on Sunday, and I deeply regret not telling him that he was one of my Faves while I had the chance.  He's Walt's cousin who lived in Auburn.  He was so good to Hudson while he was in school there, so good to all of us.  He was kind, funny, and just about the best guy you could ever know.  He is missed terribly, and is truly one of my Faves. 3) I've been on the diffuser craze lately, and I love this one because of its fancy lights! ...

Good morning!  It's Week #10 of 2019...crazy! 1) I love these little furry pillows from Pottery Barn on my bed.  Every morning when I make the bed I say to myself, "They are just so cute!" 2) Loving these new bedside diffusers!  While some diffusers are kind of eye sores, these look like candles, even down to the flickering of the light.  They come with remote controls so you can turn the light off when you sleep, and it is easy to remove the water reservoir for filling.  All in all, good purchase!   3) I've said it before, and I'll say it again: I love my projection clock!  Especially when it's so cold, I can stay under my covers, look at the ceiling and see how much longer I get to stay in bed! 4) I have had these furniture moving pads for years and I love them!  They protect my floors, make it SO easy to move any furniture, and BONUS: It sweeps up dog hair along the way, yikes!
