Hey, Remember Me?
So, it’s been awhile...remember when I used to be so consistent with my Faves? Life kind of got in the way...my last Faves post was Oct 28th. I felt guilty having Faves when people were hurting, my mom has been sick, people are losing their jobs, etc. Not to mention, being stuck at home, I was sick of everything! But I have missed doing my Faves, and some sweet friends and family have missed them too. When my daughter told me her friend in Australia had asked where the Faves had been, I decided to bring them back! Not sure who all actually reads this, a lot of people just look at the photo.
Without further ado:
1) Your Honor is a limited series on Showtime that my daughter told me about. She has not actually seen it, but heard it was good. My husband and I binged it, and when we got to the “last” episode we were like: are you kidding?? That’s no ending. I looked it up and it said there was no Season 2 so I was scratching my head. I sent a scathing text to my daughter telling her off π for recommending. Today, when I was looking up a photo for this post, I saw that the season finale is actually on Valentines. Oops. π€ͺ Good thing she was here for me to apologize.
2) We love these Cork Pops! A blogger I follow, @honeywerehome told about these as Christmas gifts. I bought them for my husband and daughter. We LOVE them! My daughter has told several of her friends about them and they have also purchased. π· They are a fun easy way to open your wine. Thanks Megan!
3) I used Rodan & Fields for a long time awhile back. My regime called for the Daily Mask Cleanser. My skin just couldn’t tolerate that and it was kind of a pain to do twice a day. Recently, I discovered that R&F had come out with an alternative: Daily Foaming Cleanser. I’m only a few days in, but I am loving it! I am picky about cleansers and it’s getting a big ππ» from me!
4) Yes, you saw that right: I am loving our Peloton. My husband and I decided to give that to each other for our anniversary. I had never done a “spin” class prior to the Peloton. A friend of mine told me about it (they’ve had theirs since 2015) and the way she described it I thought, we may actually use it. And we have! The great thing about the Peloton is everyone can use it differently. It meets you where you are. I have two high school friends who have the bike and we motivate and hold each other accountable. And we approach it completely different from one another, isn’t that right CJ and Val?! I have just started Peloton Yoga with another friend. It’s really hard! But I am going to keep going.
That’s a wrap for this week! Hope you enjoyed, it was fun getting back to Faves! Stay warm!!
