Friday Faves = Wednesday Faves this week!

 Here we go, let’s do some weekly Faves.


1) First up is the Pura Diffuser. I have 5 of these all over the house. I can’t really do candles anymore (they sadly sting my eyes), so I’ve been using these. I LOVE that they are controlled from my phone, so I can set them while I’m away and come home to a great smelling house. I can also set up a schedule for them. The only “con” if you will, is that I haven’t found “my scent”. I’m quite picky with smells, and I’d love to find something similar to The Hotel scent I diffuse in regular diffusers. It smells so good. They do have the popular Volcano candle scent. I’ll find “my scent” eventually, and then it will be perfection!

2) Here we go again with another Beautycounter product. This time it’s the All Bright C Serum. Not only is the bottle bright and happy, but it brightens my skin as well. Someone once told me that consistency with your Vitamin C serum is what yields results, and I really do believe that. This one is a winner in my book!

3) I love our Sleep Number Bed. We’ve had it since October, and at first I wasn’t sure. It took some time to find our personal sleep numbers (neither of us are using what we tested as in the store), and we elevate the head of the bed slightly (on the snore setting). We chose a flex top, meaning the bed is split about a quarter of the way so our heads can be adjusted separately, but our feet are adjusted together. We  hated the full gap down our old bed. I also love the Sleep Number sheets and blanket we purchased. I get so excited to go to bed every night now 😂 Oh, and our bed is adjusted by my phone as well.

4) This Photomyne App was a lifesaver for me last week when I had to scan the photos for my mom’s slideshow/video. It is super easy to use, I scanned 100 photos while watching a show on TV. I had a 3-day trial, but ended up buying it for a year. So now I’ll scan everything in sight for the next year, then most likely won’t renew because it was $39.99. But definitely worth it for me right now!

  While I did get some random submissions for Faves this week (Larry’s will never happen), I remained on my own. 1) SHOWKOO Luggage Set  I got this luggage set for my upcoming trip (we leave Sunday) because I need to take the carry on and the duffle with me on the plane. I’m trying this duffle in lieu of my usual backpack. I’m excited about it, and hope it’s still a favorite after the trip! 2) Survivor Season 48  While it wasn’t our favorite season premiere, we LOVE Survivor in this house and we love watching it together! 3) Govee Lights  We recently added a bar in our house and my contractor made this light box and used Govee lights. We already have Govee lights around our TV so I was familiar with them and I love them! They can change colors, be put on a timer, etc., all from my phone.   Finally home and settled from our Australia/New Zealand adventure. My Faves this week were awesome for me while traveling! 1) Power Plug Adapter  We have used many different plug adapters while traveling, but these were the best we have used! With one adapter we were able to charge everything and I could even curl my hair, ha, ha! Highly recommend! These were compatible in Australia/New Zealand, so I’m hopeful to find some for our next travel adventure, 2) Rothy’s Sneakers  I may have posted these before, but I love love love them when traveling. I own two pair and took them both with me.  3) One Step Behind by Lauren North  I listened to this book (and two others) while on this trip. I had never listened to a book by this author, and I really enjoyed the book. Unique plot for sure. 4) Coach Sling Bag  This might be my favorite of all Faves! I purchased this specifically for my trip to wear on tours/excursions, and I loved it! It has two zippered compartm...

Friday Faves Cabo Edition

Today I’m in Cabo, traveling with my little Andy for the first time. Doing my Faves while he naps.   1) The Business Trip by Jessie Garcia  I’m not even sure how I found this book, and it seems to be the first one she’s written, but it was SO good! I listened to it and there was a full cast of narrators so it was like a performance. Loved the ending! Thought I had it figured out but I was wrong. 2) happyhappyhouseplant on IG  This is my current favorite account on IG. Her name is Mandi Gubler and she is awesome! I literally do not have one live plant in my house, but I’m obsessed with her and almost feel like I could try one! What I like best about her is that her IG stories aren’t long, and she’s very informative and encouraging. Some people I follow go on and on and tell you every minute of their day.
