Wednesday Faves Week #38

It's Faves' time!  Love these!

1) Lancome Chocolate Eyeliner.  For years and years I have used an Origins Eyeliner.  I used to keep many in stock at once so I would never run out.  Recently, Origins decided to reformulate their eyeliners and wouldn't relaunch for over a year.  What?! Why?! I must have tried 10 different eyeliners, most were too tough on my eyelids (I don't use liquid eyeliner) and finally I stumbled upon Lancome.  I love this eyeliner almost as much as my beloved Origins!  I may have found my new eyeliner.  Lancome, please do not discontinue!!

2) Market Street Classic Chicken Salad.  I had been craving this stuff, so Walt went and got some for me on Saturday.  It is my favorite Chicken Salad.  I went back yesterday to get some more for my lunches this week.  It is so yummy!

3) Lifetime Series called You.  My daughter, Hayley, told me about this one.  I actually had the book on my reading list.  I kind of wish I would have read the book first!  It's about a guy with a VERY obsessive behavior who is stalking a girl.  I am loving it!  Hayley, you kept telling me y'all were all obsessed and I kind of rolled my eyes.  (love you Hay!) But, I'm starting to feel obsessed too!  Can't wait for Sunday to see the next episode!

4) It's A 10 Miracle Leave-In.  I had tried this many years ago and it was too heavy and greasy.  My mom told me about it when we were in Kauai and said her hairdresser suggested to spray it in your hand and then apply it to your hair.  Brilliant, Ging!  Thank you!  You're the best!  It seems to be working much better.

  While I did get some random submissions for Faves this week (Larry’s will never happen), I remained on my own. 1) SHOWKOO Luggage Set  I got this luggage set for my upcoming trip (we leave Sunday) because I need to take the carry on and the duffle with me on the plane. I’m trying this duffle in lieu of my usual backpack. I’m excited about it, and hope it’s still a favorite after the trip! 2) Survivor Season 48  While it wasn’t our favorite season premiere, we LOVE Survivor in this house and we love watching it together! 3) Govee Lights  We recently added a bar in our house and my contractor made this light box and used Govee lights. We already have Govee lights around our TV so I was familiar with them and I love them! They can change colors, be put on a timer, etc., all from my phone. There’s a little glitch with this set, so they are going to be replaced, but they still make me squeal every time I walk into the room. 4) Shut the Box Game  My family, as usual...

  Finally home and settled from our Australia/New Zealand adventure. My Faves this week were awesome for me while traveling! 1) Power Plug Adapter  We have used many different plug adapters while traveling, but these were the best we have used! With one adapter we were able to charge everything and I could even curl my hair, ha, ha! Highly recommend! These were compatible in Australia/New Zealand, so I’m hopeful to find some for our next travel adventure, 2) Rothy’s Sneakers  I may have posted these before, but I love love love them when traveling. I own two pair and took them both with me.  3) One Step Behind by Lauren North  I listened to this book (and two others) while on this trip. I had never listened to a book by this author, and I really enjoyed the book. Unique plot for sure. 4) Coach Sling Bag  This might be my favorite of all Faves! I purchased this specifically for my trip to wear on tours/excursions, and I loved it! It has two zippered compartm...

Friday Faves Cabo Edition

Today I’m in Cabo, traveling with my little Andy for the first time. Doing my Faves while he naps.   1) The Business Trip by Jessie Garcia  I’m not even sure how I found this book, and it seems to be the first one she’s written, but it was SO good! I listened to it and there was a full cast of narrators so it was like a performance. Loved the ending! Thought I had it figured out but I was wrong. 2) happyhappyhouseplant on IG  This is my current favorite account on IG. Her name is Mandi Gubler and she is awesome! I literally do not have one live plant in my house, but I’m obsessed with her and almost feel like I could try one! What I like best about her is that her IG stories aren’t long, and she’s very informative and encouraging. Some people I follow go on and on and tell you every minute of their day.
