Wednesday Faves Week #40

Ahhhhh, my favorite month of the year for decorating is here!  I love Halloween decor, love the drama, so you will most likely see a Halloween Fave each Wednesday this month.  Not really sorry about that...but, first things first.

1) Hello Fresh.  I know y'all are sick of hearing me say how much I love it, but I can't help it!  I really do!  Now that I'm in the Hello Fresh groove, the horizons have been expanded!  With Walt's travel/work schedule, I'll sometimes make a meal, eat it for dinner and then again for lunch.  Or I'll invite someone over (like one of my kids) to eat with me.  But, Walt is very excited when he is home for our Hello Fresh meals, and I'm even finding them to be a little easier now that I'm used to them.  I've about got my mom convinced to try them!

2) Clean Mascara Wand.  This may seem like a silly Fave, but hear me out! I got these back when I had eyelash extensions, and I've since ordered them on Amazon.  After I take my mascara off, I give my eyelashes a little brushing to separate, fluff, and get off any crusties...I also brush them before I put on additional mascara before going out.  These little guys have been very instrumental in achieving the best eyelashes I've had in my entire life!  Love them!

3) Advocare Glow Collagen.  My friend Elizabeth got me started on this.  I have several friends (and even my daughter) who put collagen powder in their coffee.  I tried that and did NOT like the way my coffee tasted.  This has a great cherry taste when mixed with water.  I cannot say it has turned me into Cindy Crawford, but I do feel like maybe it is doing something!  It is supposed to help with hair, nails, and skin.  It's one of those things that I think I may not realize all it's doing for me until I stop using it.  I don't plan to anytime soon!  I love it because I feel like I'm doing something good for myself.

4) Halloween Zombies.  These are new this year, and I just took them out of the box today.  My son Harrison was here and was going to help me finish decorating outside.  They turn on and make creepy noises.  When I turned one on, I looked at Harrison and said, "Your dad is going to be SO mad at me!"  He started laughing and said he wished he had that on video, that my expression was priceless.  We put them out in the flower beds, but I was trying to sneak so that my neighbor with 5 kids couldn't see me.  I think they will be so glad when we sell our house.  They are kind of trying to help us, ha, ha!  But I kind of love them (the Zombies, although the neighbors are nice too).

Happy Wednesday everyone!
