Wednesday Faves Week #41

Good morning!  Hope everyone is staying dry and safe.  I heard someone say that October is taking the place of April in terms of rain.  It is fine by me!  I was born in April and when growing up, I hated that it rained so much in my birthday month.  Time for my Faves:

1) Rodan & Fields Radiant Beauty.  Ok, so has your Facebook been flooded with R & F Consultants, many just back from convention, RAVING about the new products?  Mine sure has. I will admit that I thought: Oh goodness, they are definitely on a convention high and going a little overboard.  But, I tried this one and I honestly was amazed!  I'm not totally sure what it does, but I don't want to be without it.  Ever. I have been using it as my foundation even though it's a "dermacosmetic" so it's helping my face while I wear it.  A sidenote: After I apply it with that little brush, the brush still looks clean (not all make up gunky).  It's like voodoo or something, ha, ha!  But seriously, this stuff is awesome!  My apologies to the consultants for doubting you!

2) Jack-O-Lanterns.  I have actually had these guys for several years but could never really find a "wow" place for them.  This year they are sitting on my kitchen island and I see them every time I walk into the kitchen.  They make me so happy!  I LOVE them there!  They are super large, like 14" and 10" tall.  My mom always has her kitchen island decorated so nicely, she was my inspiration for placing them here.  Thanks Ging!

3) Baylor University Cap.  I love this ball cap with its gold bling on it.  In hindsight, it should be no surprise I attended Baylor...gold is one of my signature colors, ha, ha!  Anyway, I've not really repped my school over the past few years, mainly choosing to support the schools of my children.  This cap has broadened my horizons!

4) Tresemme Repair & Protect 7.  I found this product by accident.  I was looking for a heat protectant and the reviews for this were good.  It has done amazing things for my hair!  I love it!  Now, I do think hair products are so different on everyone's hair.  My friend Cynthia sent me a product that she had been using along with a photo.  She told me if I tried it it would definitely be a Fave. Her hair looked Va-Va-Voom great after using the product!  I purchased and tried it and I kind of looked like Nick Nolte's mugshot from a few years back (remember that?)

I thought maybe it was just a learning curve, so I tried again.  Same thing.  Now, Cynthia on the other hand, looked wonderful.  So, hair products definitely don't work on everyone, but this Tresemme product worked wonders on me!  And it was very cheap for all of my frugal friends.

Bonus Fave:

Today I'm throwing in a "Bonus Fave": All of my kids are slaying it right now!  Each one, in their own way, is doing what they need to do to "adult".  Good for you guys, keep up the good work!  Love you!

Happy, Happy Wednesday everyone!
