Wednesday "Still" Faves Week #33

Since I am traveling this week and needed to write this post early, I decided to share with you some things I am still loving and highly recommend!  Every time I use or see these things I think, "I still love this!"

1) I love this little duo right here!  Lash Boost and UD Perversion mascara actually have people asking me if my lashes are real.  That never happened before the Lash Boost.  It really takes minimal effort to get good results!

2) I love my water bottle from Three Drops of Life.  It has made me so much more aware of when I'm drinking water, and how much I'm consuming.  My water intake has gone up tremendously.

3) Before I even get started on this one, I KNOW someone is going to make a comment about being up at 5:42 am.  Yes, it's true.  I was up around 4 actually.  And not too happy about it.  I love my Notes app on my phone!  Once I discovered I could make bold titles and lists with check off boxes, I was hooked.  I used to keep lists like "to do" or "grocery" in my paper planner, but I don't always have it with me and I always have my phone with me!  Plus, things like creamer I can check off and then "uncheck" off when I am running low again.  I can also email the list to Walt if he's running by the store.  Some of my notes are locked (like Passport numbers, etc.).  I am now converting almost all of my paper notes and lists to my Notes app.  I love it!

4) Still love my fake flowers.  The other day my friend Elizabeth was over and she asked if they were real.  The only tip off that they weren't is that they seemed to be thriving in our Texas heat wave!

  While I did get some random submissions for Faves this week (Larry’s will never happen), I remained on my own. 1) SHOWKOO Luggage Set  I got this luggage set for my upcoming trip (we leave Sunday) because I need to take the carry on and the duffle with me on the plane. I’m trying this duffle in lieu of my usual backpack. I’m excited about it, and hope it’s still a favorite after the trip! 2) Survivor Season 48  While it wasn’t our favorite season premiere, we LOVE Survivor in this house and we love watching it together! 3) Govee Lights  We recently added a bar in our house and my contractor made this light box and used Govee lights. We already have Govee lights around our TV so I was familiar with them and I love them! They can change colors, be put on a timer, etc., all from my phone.   Finally home and settled from our Australia/New Zealand adventure. My Faves this week were awesome for me while traveling! 1) Power Plug Adapter  We have used many different plug adapters while traveling, but these were the best we have used! With one adapter we were able to charge everything and I could even curl my hair, ha, ha! Highly recommend! These were compatible in Australia/New Zealand, so I’m hopeful to find some for our next travel adventure, 2) Rothy’s Sneakers  I may have posted these before, but I love love love them when traveling. I own two pair and took them both with me.  3) One Step Behind by Lauren North  I listened to this book (and two others) while on this trip. I had never listened to a book by this author, and I really enjoyed the book. Unique plot for sure. 4) Coach Sling Bag  This might be my favorite of all Faves! I purchased this specifically for my trip to wear on tours/excursions, and I loved it! It has two zippered compartm...

Friday Faves Cabo Edition

Today I’m in Cabo, traveling with my little Andy for the first time. Doing my Faves while he naps.   1) The Business Trip by Jessie Garcia  I’m not even sure how I found this book, and it seems to be the first one she’s written, but it was SO good! I listened to it and there was a full cast of narrators so it was like a performance. Loved the ending! Thought I had it figured out but I was wrong. 2) happyhappyhouseplant on IG  This is my current favorite account on IG. Her name is Mandi Gubler and she is awesome! I literally do not have one live plant in my house, but I’m obsessed with her and almost feel like I could try one! What I like best about her is that her IG stories aren’t long, and she’s very informative and encouraging. Some people I follow go on and on and tell you every minute of their day.
