Wednesday Faves are BACK!

Ringing in 2020 with goals, resolutions and Wednesday Faves! We moved in July 2019, I got busy, made excuses and just set Wednesday Faves aside. I had intended to do a big year end recap and resurrect the Wednesday Faves, but it didn’t happen. My daughter, Hayley, recently asked me where the Faves had gone. She said some of her friends had asked her about them because they looked forward to them. I love doing them, so they are back! I was out of town on the first Wednesday of 2020, but wanted to get the ball rolling!

1) Codenames Board Game- I had heard of this game from my friends, the Beards. While in Tampa for New Year’s Eve, my son Hudson and his girlfriend Ashley picked up this game and we played it for hours! It was SO much fun! It’s a little complicated to explain, but once you start playing, it’s a blast! Highly recommend.

2) Don’t F**k With Cats: Hunting an Internet Killer- I devoured this Netflix documentary. I recommended it to my daughter and she devoured it. It really gets you to thinking. I wasn’t sure what to expect. It is mind blowing in many ways. It’s a little dark, but I highly recommend if you have a strong stomach and aren’t too easily offended.

3) Welcome to the Shitshow Coffee Mug- Not sure how two of my four Faves have cuss words in them 😳 but this is seriously my favorite Christmas gift! I’ll keep the gift giver anonymous because she was worried about giving it to me, but I’m telling you friend: I LOVE IT! And I love you (and kind of love the word “shitshow”. It’s very descriptive 😂)

4) Enneagram and @enneagramashton- I’m a little late to the Enneagram game. I first took the test about a year ago (at the time I think my results were inaccurate), then took it again recently. Knowing my type has really helped me in a lot of ways. I understand a little better why I come at situations like I do and I understand how I’m wired, how to set goals, how to communicate with other types, etc. @enneagramashton is an IG account I follow. She gives you real life stuff (rather than simply book examples) for your type. It’s definitely eye opening and fun to see how spot on it is!

So here we are, kicking off 2020 with Wednesday Faves! Hope your year is going good so far, and you are seeing it with 20/20 clarity (see what I did there?! 😊) Happy Saturday!
